Dear Advocates for Financial and Social Justice

We are reaching out to esteemed practitioners, professionals and exceptional individuals who are dedicated to addressing financial injustices perpetrated against South African citizens, particularly the Black African Child in South Africa. We hereby invite esteemed practicing Senior Advocates, Senior Attorneys, Senior Financial Experts, Senior Forensic Investigator Experts to join our Multi-disciplinary Team of senior practitioners who are working on two high profile matters against First Rand Bank Limited. These two matters are covered and narrated in the two books, namely "SCAM.HEIST BY A BANK V1" and "SCAM.HEIST BY A BANK V2" respectively. These two books are available on this website.

We are also inviting junior practicing professionals and young graduate professionals to join this Multi-disciplinary Team to provide support to, as well as learn from, this multi-disciplinary team of senior practitioners. It will be well worth your while to join this team.

These first two books have been compiled / written in order to share lived experiences and more specifically to bring awareness to many South African citizens, particularly the Black African Child. This channel has been set up to specifically wage a fight against unjust practices by Banks, Credit Providers and Financial Institutions that harm the lives and families of innocent individuals, particularly the Black African Child, in South Africa.

If you are a cooperate or commercial Attorney or Financial Services Practitioner or Forensic Investigator or possess expertise in relevant fields, your contribution will be highly appreciated and will be very crucial and invaluable in the pursuit of financial justice, social justice and social mobility in this country, South Africa, particularly for the Black African Child. Together, we aim to expose, challenge, and seek redress against these financial malpractices. Your active participation will amplify our collective voice and contribute to creating a more equitable financial landscape in South Africa.

Join us now and share your expertise and insights, as we work together towards a fairer and more just financial landscape in South Africa. Also invited are infrastructure practitioners in the built environment plus young graduates, young professionals, students, scholars, community leaders and leaders of faith-based organizations from all nine provinces in South Africa. Ladies and gentlemen, you are all welcome to put forward and air your views on this very crucial but touchy subject in this country.

We humbly invite the Black African Child businessperson, sponsors and would-be sponsors of this course to come on board and assist millions of innocent South African citizens, in particular the Black African Child, get UNCHAINED once and for posterity, in this noble course. We are openly inviting and challenging shareholders of these Banks, Credit Providers and Financial Institutions to financially sponsor this initiative, because we strongly do not believe that the shareholders of these institutions support the malfeasance perpetrated by some Executives and some Board Members of some of these (their) institutions. If none of the shareholders of these institutions come forward to support this initiative, to un-earth the malfeasance, crime, fraud that is going on in some of these institutions, they may be perceived to be supporting the malfeasance, crime and fraud perpetrated by their staff (Executives and Board Members) towards us, their customers. It is going to be very interesting to see who comes on board to assist cleanse the financial system of this malfeasance. We are inviting, first and foremost, shareholders of First Rand Bank Limited to make financial contributions towards this noble course; as well as shareholders of Standard Bank of South Africa, Nedbank, ABSA, Investec, Grinrod Bank, African Bank, Bidvest Bank, Discovery Bank, business, private sector, public sector, community-based organizations, Non-Governmental Organizations, Community Leaders, Faith Based Organizations, Traditional Leaders, all the citizens of South Africa, Africa and the world at large; and any organization, philanthropist, high NetWorth individuals, foundations, humanitarian organizations in South Africa or anywhere in the world to financially support this noble course.

It can no longer be about the selfish Executive and Board Member with his / her few friends and relatives, but it is now about the prosperity of the shareholders, credit consumers and the South African, African and world citizens at large; and for future generations. The selfish and short-sighted Executive and Board Member is standing in the way of prosperity for all and should thus be removed as a matter of urgency.
